EXCHANGE POLICY

At S Kumar, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Sale, clearance, underwear, cosmetics, and personal care items are not eligible for exchange

No cash refunds are offered. Approved exchanges will be made for items of equal or greater value. Any price difference must be paid at the time of exchange.
