WARRANTY POLICY

At S Kumar, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell.

Most electrical appliances and eligible items are covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faults that occur under normal use

  • Issues not caused by misuse or external damage

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage, water damage, or power surges

  • Items that have been altered, repaired, or tampered with by a third party

Warranty Claims

  • A valid receipt is required for all warranty claims

  • Items must be returned with original packaging where possible

  • Warranty assessment may take a few business days

If the item is deemed faulty under warranty, it will be repaired, replaced, or credited, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved at management’s discretion.
